Jana Munro is the founder of MindBreath, a national practice helping people reconnect to calm, presence, and clarity through the combined power of breathwork and mindset coaching.

After more than a decade in corporate coaching and leadership development, Jana saw a pattern — no matter how smart or successful people were, they often stayed trapped in cycles of stress, self-doubt, and overthinking. It wasn’t logic that set them free. It was awareness. It was the breath.

That realisation led her to retrain as a breathwork facilitator, blending her professional coaching background with a deep understanding of how the nervous system stores and releases stress.
